Title: Ducati Monster WET Clutch Case Cover Question
Post by: DirtyDuc on March 18, 2010, 08:44:37 AM
I've got one seller on eBay telling me that the 2002+ Clutch Case Cover is "identicle" to the earlier ones and will work fine.  He is also trying to sell me one for my 2000 m750.

But, the Magnesium Wet Clutch Case Cover is advertised to only work on 2002+ monsters.  So, it seems that there IS a difference between the two. (No, I an not looking to invest $800+ on a mag. case, was just using the listing as guidence)

Does anybody know?  I have a WTB listing already in the parts wanted section.  Now, I am just trying to figure out which clutch case covers will work on my bike.

i'm not postive on this, but i know that all the small motors are essentially the same... 600,620,750,800...
they are very similar.... belt covers all work... all the way back to even the pantah's... i'm not sure on side cases though...

I'm not 100% on it but i'm 95% they are....Ducati isn't big on changing case sizes...it's one thing that the SBK's are behind on technology wise in comparison to the competition.
