MCA Denver Museum of Contemporary Art - Denver Feminism + Co.: Art + Sex + Politics Thursday, April 8th, 2010 Motor Maids: Women and Motorcycling WIth Suzanne Ferriss, co-author of "Motorcycle", and K. Alex Ilyasova, self-described "motorcycle dyke in training". Feminism + Co. is a program series tht explores issues relating to women and gender using film screening, creative performances, lectures and discussions. These evening address women's (and men's) complicated relationship to art, politics and sexuality. 6pm Reception 6:30 - 8pm Program $15/$10 Members (I take this to mean $15 for non-members and $10 for members, but I could be wrong) The Museum of Contemporary Art Denver is located at 15th St. and Delgany St. in downtown Denver. Event parking available across 15th St. |
