Casually dated for 5300 miles with prior owner
Even its rear end is still intact!!!! (for now)...picking it up next week
and the fun begins again...
I've never been with a virgin before
Color is well...yellow...better than a Mary Kaye scheme
I think this will be...Yellow Dog
Welcome back to Monster-dom RAT900! [thumbsup]
Clean bike! ;D
[evil] kind of expensive for a used bike of that model though. But hey if you want it go for it!

I was glad to see Scott was downstairs when I was looking at the bike
a while back he was in and out of the place
He was the only guy to trust valve shimming with.... outside of doing it yourself or getting Sonny DeFeo formerly of Ghost to work on your bike
Got caught up with Avi on who's where etc... his daughter Jennifer is full time at Cornell now...on full scholarships and he's a happy camper for that
life and time march on
Congrats and happy modding!

I met Scott at a track day in NH a few years ago. I
think he's been in since we've met.
He's one of the good guys in a business where there are too few. Danny in parts seems to be another one. I've never actually met him.
Can't wait to see the progress.
Congrats!

Posts like this one make me miss the RAT900 we all came to know and love on TOB.
hey Pompetta!! Hey Duck....
You know what my favorite part of riding the old Rat was? The girls....
I am still in decent shape for my age...I don't have Harley rider's geezer carcass yet..might dodge that bullet for a few more years
and I used to get such a kick out of thumping into a parking lot on the Rat and watching the girls waiting to see what was under helmet #3....off comes the helmet and the look of shame, the averted eyes, the dashed hopes, the embarrassment...oh it was so wonderful...
but every now and then,, there would be one with that dangerously unhinged look in her eye who would smile and make eye contact :)
Yellow Dog is tastier apparently [evil]

indeed I am getting better about those things in my old age....I've learned to say..."wow that looks like a great time..I wonder how much it will REALLY cost me"

I found the cost is rarely defined as monetary units
hiding the wallet merely lets me show my ID to the cops
[thumbsup]
