Post by: jimboecv on March 30, 2010, 07:29:18 AM So we get in around 6pm, one of the guys on the ride's transmission exploded so we had to deal with that and it put us way behind. We get cleaned up and walk down... CLOSED!? I never even considered it would be closed! We look inside and there's a guy in there doing stuff. Pull on the door and it's open. I stick my head in and say hi, start chatting, tell him the beer is the reason we came to SLO in the first place. So what's the proper thing to do? Yep, he starts pulling beers for us. Nice.
After that we got some food and found a bar (Peach and the Frog?) that had some punk rock country music going, good crowd. The Monday ride back was awesome. |
