Title: Service Reminder Reset
Post by: mraff on March 28, 2010, 06:03:22 PM
Can somebody tell me or is it already posted somewhere here..... how do you reset the service reminder on the clocks of a 2005 S4R? An unnamed Ducati dealership here in B-more failed to reset it when they did my 6K and I'm getting sick of watching it blink away.

do a search i'm not sure but if i do a remember others have posted the exact sequecne of hitting the buttons during start up that will clear the maintenance reminder on the bike.  its in the owners manual also if you have it.

if not then i'mm sure someone has posted it before, its very simple, i did it a long time ago and its not come up again in even past another 6500 miles.  weird...

Press and hold down left button (between the gauges).

Turn the key on.

Continue holding button down 'til gauges finish sweeping.

Turn key off.

Release button.
