Um, that was cool and all. But this technology has been around for 15 years and basically any 6000 series aluminum will cut that easily.

the threads on those screws were made this way.
I was down at the PRI show in Orlando a few years back. The vendors set up all their machines and tools on the show floor to run, and crews can test tooling and welders.
I don't remember the manufacturer, one supplier had their 5 axis machine tooled up machining billet cylinder heads on the show floor. I could have stood there all day and watched.
