There's just something about hearing William Daniels voice reprising the roll of the 82' TA that made KITT a star that is near and dear to 80's nostalgia.

...but back in 1982, 300 mph was slower than it is today...it was more like 30mph  [cheeky]

I always loved when Michael would say," C'mon buddy we have get out here." The speedo starts blasting past 200 yet when the camera cuts to outside the car they're clearly dodging the tank fire at 50 mph weaving back and forth on the dirt road,
