Hi all,
I've installed a set of high mount Termi slip ons to my '05 m620.
The only problem is that with no install instructions I'm not 100% sure that I've used the correct spacers for the rearsets in the correct places. (The rearsets are sitting just a tiny bit too close to the S-pipe for my liking).

Does anyone have an install guide or would be able to advise which spacers go where for the standard rearsets?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry I don't have install advice, but you can buy 8mm id thick washers from McMaster-Carr.  They can help with clearance issues.

I have the same issue going on with my high mount marvings. There is only so much spacing out you can do with the stock rearsets before you start running into alignment issues with shift and brake linkages. I ended up using my dremel and slightly opened up the backside of the rear set bracket where the pipe passes to prevent any rubbing. If it makes you feel any better, the stainless piping is a lot tougher than the metal they made the rear sets out of, so if it does contact them, the pipes will just wear down the rear sets a bit, and then they will fit fine.

stock rearsets?

if so, they will sit very close to the s-pipe on the right side. just the way they are. you do have some wiggle room on the right side with the hanging strap to mount the right pipe in closer to the frame. However it will still be very close to the rearsets, almost touching.  The left sidehas decent clearance as far as I can remember. (I have my pipes off right now painting the swingarm and shortening my termis) otherwise I could send you pics.

I didn't have to change the stock spacers to install my termis.

My concern is given that there were different sized spacers in the kit, I just want to make sure I used the correct ones in the correct places.

Right hand side is just about touching (may even be touching, haven't checked it today).. Left hand side was pretty spacious.
