This isn't monster related but I didn't know where else to post it.

Those Puerto Rican's are crazy good morticians, they did the standing gangsta as well......(http://synthesis.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/angel-pantoja-medina.jpg)

Sex.
Epic amounts of sex.
gee.... I wonder what they'll mount Carlos on when he assumes room temperature 8)
That's the same neighborhood I grew up in. You have to admit, we Puerto Ricans die in style. I wonder if their going to bury the bike with him.
The dead guy's mustache is classy.
Glad he didn't ride a horse. ;D
On a side note...why was this moved to no moto content... I clearly see a moto... . [laugh]

It truly was a tough decision. ;)
I saw this this morning on hellforleathermagazine.com and I wasnot sure what to think....except to also wonder if he'll be buried with the bike....otherwise they will have to have a funny shaped casket.

That's why I couldn't decide where to post it originally. At least I did post that it is off topic.

ewww.. You know what...just burn me and leave my ashes at the funeral home. Then hoist a [drink]
Rather than display a Puerto Rican shooting victim's body in a boring casket for the wake, morticians at one San Juan funeral home presented the corpse on the man's Honda motorcycle.

It's a bit creepy if you ask me...but to each thier own.

I guess there are no helmet laws in Heaven.
How do they keep the guy's head up? Rigor mortis? If so, that'll wear off and he'll flop onto the floor.

you know...no matter how the dude lived...he is certainly traveling the world and getting famous now!
You know, I kind of like it. Who wants to be laying in a box?
;D ^
just waiting for that ;)
Is he getting planted on the bike? Or is he just showing off one last time for his friends.
He was actually buried without the bike. $20K for the special mortuary services if anyone is wondering. You'll see a trend of murdered ganstas doing this in PR. It has been mayor news back home.
I would've been wheelieing.
That's how Pedro's going out.
Kind of reminds me of the "Bodies" exhibit...creepy but ghoulishly interesting

the only thing that was creepy about that exhibit was the damn music....otherwise I was enthralled...

there was a smell despite the active ventilation...not of cadavers but of a neutral masking scent of some sort...and some of the cadavers were not completely infused properly and had little bits and pieces hanging (yuck)
those carcasses are still very environmentally sensitive
but the vivisections were kind of cool
Vivisections? That would mean they were cut up while still alive.

yikes, I stand corrected, I guess sectioning as there is more than bisectioning

I just wanted to quote this one more time as a memorial to the only instance I've witnessed of Rat misusing the language.
Sort of like derby being wrong. ;D
Carry on.

Damn even I get sloppy at times :-[
but for vivisections sans anesthesia and using Chinese people for ghoulish stuff there is a history before "Bodies"
do a search on Japanese Army Medical Research Unit 731
interesting reading

I meant it as a compliment.
QuoteAnd they all moved away from me on the bench
there, and the hairy eyeball and all kinds of mean nasty things, till I
said, "And creating a nuisance." And they all came back, shook my hand,
and we had a great time on the bench, talkin about crime, mother stabbing,
father raping, all kinds of groovy things that we was talking about on the
bench. And everything was fine, we was smoking cigarettes and all kinds of
things, until the Sargeant came over, had some paper in his hand, held it
up and said.

If you look carefully at the way the back of his hat and tail of his shirt are shaped it looks as if there might be some type of wire/rope thing rigged up to keep him upright. Also you might be surprised at how stiff a body can be after it has been embalmed. I spent a bit of time dissecting cadavers, bending embalmed dead people's limbs isn't necessarily easy even after the rigor mortis has worn off.
