Title: Ducati powered flat tracker beats Hardly Davidson in Mile Flat Track race
Post by: mytduk on May 04, 2010, 10:48:27 AM
I know most of you are not interested in flat track racing but a Ducati powered flat tracker beat the mighty Hardly Davidson teams at their own game. HD forced rule changes that ran the likes of Kenny Roberts and his TZ750 powered flattracker and three cylinder Kawasaki two stroke flat trackers out of the game in the 70s then forced more rule changes to run Honda out of flat tracking in the 80s and now a DOOO KAT EE kicks their butt. More rule changes to follow I'm sure. See link below.  WOW! This has been pretty much a one brand form of racing for a long time.

Will have to keep up with that!!.. would love to see a race.. the sound would be awsome. should prove to be a game changer for H.D., hopefully the rules arn't modified again.
