Title: SMRI needs corner workers..... Post by: Cloner on May 05, 2010, 11:21:59 AM ....and Evelyn (the Chief Corner Marshal for SMRI) is asking for your help! If you'd like the best seat in the house for a track day or a race, then you should volunteer as a corner marshal. We typically try to move folks around during the day (especially at track days where it's easier to get bored) so you'll often get to see a couple of the more technical turns at the track, and you get a front row seat for all the action. Also, once you have a little experience and can work alone or supervise a second "helper" there's a small stipend for your efforts!
The next SMRI trackday is Sunday, May 16th (where I'll be the Chief Corner Marshal....Evelyn has a prior engagement) and the next race is Sunday, May 23rd (not Memorial Day Weekend as I told Bonfy earlier).
