I am trying to tread very lightly on this as the topic could go sour quickly, but felt it my duty to pass on to fellow riders and friends in general.
The Ohio Supreme Court ruled this morning in a 5-1 decision that you can be issued a speeding ticket based on observation and not by use of a laser/radar device. Therefore, if the officer thinks you are speeding........you get a ticket. End of story. No recourse.
Just thought I'd let everyone know so you can be careful driving through the state, but it really doesn't matter because even if you are going the speed limit........it isn't your call.
I am going to lock this for fear of getting a suspension.
Public Service Announcement over until it flops off the first page.
