Anyone have any idea what kind of mileage I should get out of the wet clutch on my 800? Over the last two days, it is doing some crazy stuff. I have had a couple of shifts that didn't shift and false neutrals in the higher gears. I assumed that I had just gotten a case of the pussy foot, but it just fell out of gear on my way to work tonight. All of my issues have been during acceleration.
That doesn't sound like a clutch problem to me, but that's all I got. Big help, aren't I. ;D
It doesn't sound like clutch to me either.
It's either pussy foot, or the linkage (internal) might need adjusting.
Yep, I think it was me just pussy-footin' around. I caught myself kind of sweeping my foot off the side of the lever as I shifted. Sometimes, I amaze myself with my laziness.
