The one in the first video is the automated version.
You push a button and it transforms itself.
My guess would be that the cord plugs into a floor outlet beneath the table. The non-automated version weighs almost 500 lbs. They're not exactly meant to be moved around.
And I mentioned the pricetag earlier. I can't find a price for the automated version, but the manual version sells for $95,000.
