Title: Changing brake and clutch fluid? Post by: Roy on June 17, 2010, 12:47:08 PM I'm debating whether to change my brake and clutch fluid myself...is this a fairly easy process. If so, is there a how to in the tech section...I couldn't seem to find it. A video how to would be even better. I hear a bleeder vac really helps...can I purchase one at any local auto parts store?

Post by: filter on June 17, 2010, 06:53:44 PM It's pretty easy, but it's much easier with a pump and a friend. One of you fills the reservoir while the other pumps out the old fluid.
Things to remember: Keep the reservoir from getting empty to prevent air from getting in. The fluid is corrosive so be careful to not spill on your bike (and clean up immediately if you do). You can probably find a how to on YouTube; ducati is the same as other bikes in this regard. Title: Re: Changing brake and clutch fluid?
