Post by: leungevity on June 20, 2010, 04:34:57 AM
Just registered and posted in the n00b's intro thread, but figured I'd drop a Hi into this one as well.

Name is Mike and I just got a 03 m800sie from OldBrit in RI.  Hope to meet some of you this summer :)

Hi Mike,

I'm in Trumbull,,, I was out in North Western CT yesterday for a while. Didn't get caught in any storms, luckily. I'll probably head to Cliffs BMW/Ducati on Sunday as they have the BMW demo truck in and are having an event. Welcome

Oz

Yeah, Brookfield is near Danbury.

Cliffs does have a Dyno setup as well, but not sure if thats what you're thinking of. They're pretty nice bunch of folks.

i actually don't know the name of the shop, but i have a bunch of friends who rode out that way to dyno tune their ECU's or whatever.  Any idea what it costs to do that?  My duc isn't running the smoothest with the downloaded map.

I think its just the hourly labor rate, maybe an hour or hour and a half ? Not completely sure. The last time I had to have it done to one of my bikes, I think the cost was about $100, but it was a few years ago.
