Title: Our new home Post by: orangelion03 on June 22, 2010, 07:14:13 PM Sorry...just had to share my excitement! We are set to close on our new home in Santa Paula in two weeks. We are 100 yards from Highway 150...less than 15 minute ride to Ojai.

We are currently scheduled to close escrow on July 16th plus three days for the current owners to move, so we were planning for July 22nd thru 25th for the actual move. BUT...the home inspection this week turned up a couple of "surprises" that will need negotiation/resolution so the timeline could shift to the right. I rented a 24ft truck and paid three of our techs here at work to help me on Saturday for the major stuff. Suz and I spent Thursday and Friday taking multiple trips in our wagons and a borrowed pick-up. Lots of bikes on 126 and 150 heading north for the races =).
We still have a bunch of stuff at both of our old places we will be moving over the next couple weeks. |
