www.letko.com (http://) Mario used to be the main mechanic, but he has moved on to teach other ducati techs. Service is still top notch, and they have a motorcycle closeouts shop right next door. I haven't been to a dealer type shop in a long time... my bike has a lot of mods and is a bit of a Frankenstein, I am under the assumption they are well suited to work on a modified bike, if I'm wrong please let me know.
