I'm having a bugger of a time finding any details about the headers pictured here. What material are they made out of? Are they a larger internal diameter than stock? Etc etc. I don't care about the slip-ons, I'm just thinking about going this route to get rid of the exhaust flapper, but for the price (~$550 on fleabay) they better have some other benefits! Anyone know anything about these? The headers seem to add a couple ponies, (read 1 or 2), but looks like a slightly smoother graph throughout, with a bit more in the midrange (3 or so) This could be due to a wider piping, but may be solely the effect of removing that pos valve. Either way, the arrows are going to be much prettier than stock 9/10 times. Title: Re: Arrow Race Headers for 1100 Post by: rosstermyer on July 27, 2010, 12:41:48 PM I called Arrow USA and was told that the racing collectors are made of stainless, they are larger diameter, smoother bends, good gains seen in the midrange, and their welds are much more awesome looking.
