Sitting for 13 years? Probably nothing, it's going to need new everything.  I wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole, unless you're a qualified Ducati mechanic.

Why dont you start it and see what happens? The carbies will need a clean out, fresh petr..er.. gas in the tank, new battery and new tyres. Nothing to lose everything to gain.

Mmick (dont know what its worth, except  ;D)

I'm not trying to be a "Debbie Downer", but my first concern for something like this would be safety, I wouldn't ride it without a thorough inspection at a Duc dealer even it runs and seems fine. It's probably going to need all those parts you don't immediately think about, like steering and wheel bearings, cables, fluids, tires, and a carb rebuild for sure. These things can add up very quickly, and probably beyond the value of a decent lower mileage and cared for 600/620 monster. This may be one to part out for funds toward another Monster. Just MHO.

The only decent price you would get for the bike would be from a collector that wants an almost new first gen monster, that said good luck finding that guy.  Maybe just put it up on ebay and see what happens.

Will need a timing belt replacement as well.  Like right away!  Had a friend with an s2r800 that sat around for a while, and when he started riding it again, the rear brake seized up on him.  No crash, but not cool.  Think it ended up being caused by some rubber piece up in the master cylinder being no good since it was never used for so long.  Be careful.
