Title: Re: Machine shop Post by: Bigbore4 on July 23, 2010, 08:14:03 AM We used Wagamon Brothers on University ave for some work. We were doing some engine prototyping and they were able to hold tolerance on bore and hone as measured in an engineering lab.
I would trust them with the bore and hone, I would do the cleaning and assembly myself. There are a couple of race engine guys, but I don't know if they do smaller stuff. Wheeler Racing Engines in Blaine is very well regarded. Performance Concepts in Forest Lake (Gene Pearson) is also very good. PM me if you need to know who "we" were and what we were up to. |
