Check out this gorgeous vintage art deco bike. Amazing.
"the bike was originally built by O. Ray Courtney in 1936 and is based on a 1930 K.J Henderson. The bike is powered by inline four cylinder (not a scooter as some have said, check the shot of the motor below) and as I'm sure you can gather by now, is a one-off custom. What I can confirm is it does run and while it looked a bit unwieldy, Frank could be seen riding the bike around the Fairgrounds all weekend. But let's be honest here (and maybe I'm wrong) - you don't have this bike in your stable to go out for a long Sunday afternoon ride to get some ice cream. "

[laugh] Too true!
It would be cool, if this wasn't a one-off, to do a "Police" model - would be awesome at bike shows!
Looks kinda like something Victory would make.
Assuming that thing is all steel, the level of craftsmanship required is to be worshipped.
I would love to see it in person.
And maybe drag my junk all over it. :)

It is a beautiful bike, but it looses it's looks when there is a rider on it. The rider just makes the bike look like an awkward scooter.
Wow... that was the most incredible looking bike I've ever seen. Until someone got on it. Now it's just stupid.
Yeah, it looks absolutely amazing...
...as long as nobody is on it.
Still, I'd find a place for it in the garage. [thumbsup]

Yeah, that does kinda ruin it, especially when the rider is balancing a beer in his hand... [drink]
Agree with all. It was a gorgeous piece of art fit for any living room I could afford to put around it...right until someone got on it. That just looks ridiculous.
It looked huge until I saw the pic with some goose on it, then it looked like a dodgem motorcycle. Wouldn't look out of place with a big wire sticking upright out of it's rear end.
Otherwise, bewdiful bike. [thumbsup]
The bike needs to be taller in the middle. So that when a rider gets on he doesn't look like a giant.

[thumbsup] +1 belongs in a living room, not a garage
