See if you can spot the awesome front suspension upgrade [roll]
and front brakes.
That suspension upgrade probably rides so sweet...just like my 695.
ya raed that it was a salvaged bikeright? probably front end damage. its not like he swapped it for any other reason
That bike has been listed on the NEw York Craig's List for months. Gee, I wonder why it hasn't sold. [bang]
Beer tray doesnt line up right. Wonder if the frame is bent. ???
This is sort of a Derby. Someone posted a previous listing of this bike... same cocked up S4Rs with the cheaper forks and bent subframe... Hope those bidders know they are buying a world of troubles
Or they're buying a very overpriced parts bike.
If you're buying a bike and they tell you that it's a salvage title, then you're taking your chances.
SOmeone with an E-bay account should ask, "I see in the description that the 'chassis components are unparalleled. Fully adjustable Öhlins suspension front and rear'. As the bike clearly does NOT have Ohlins on the front, will those be in a separate box, or will they be installed prior to shipping?"
Just to see what happens.

It's great that somebody is out there watching out for the rest of us! Love it! [clap]
if youre buying that kinda bike, and you dontk now what ohlins forks look like then you shoudl be shot.
I know a guy that owned a 620 for years. If I put an Ohlins sock in front of him, he would not know the difference. For someone that is not up to date with the features of the Ducati specific product line this might easily pass as the stock forks.

a 620 isnt a $10,000 limited edition bike though. Its like a kid buying a dodge neon and neon STR-4 as much as he doesnt know about cars, he would start questioning what hes paying for when it gets to that price point.
Some people have more money than brains. How many people have you ever heard say "I've always wanterd a Ducati"? If he's selling the bike far cheaper, there will always be someone that will buy it regardless.

Ah, didnt think about that. I thought making a smart purchase was somethign everyone did...unless you were always rich.
