Title: Ajko Post by: hackers2r on August 07, 2010, 03:26:53 AM Anyone seen this system they did yet? Badass looking but no sound! How is Ajko's quality? Enjoy

I love the hand made, all pie cut exhausts. They potentially lose a small bit of power, but the handmade, lovingly constructed, mechanical look of it makes me lust for something like that.
Title: Re: Ajko Post by: DarkStaR on August 07, 2010, 05:33:26 AM Looks like the header is blocking the oil filter...
Title: Re: Ajko Post by: TAftonomos on August 07, 2010, 07:22:36 AM Looks like the header is blocking the oil filter... Yea, but based on the fact that you will have a mid rare right leg in no time flat, changing the oil wont come too often.... I love the craftsman-ship, and know it takes a long time to fab something like that by hand....but I'm a function over form kinda guy. No way I'd buy something like that and have to remove it to perform routine maintenance. the Ajko are true 2-2 Title: Re: Ajko Post by: kopfjäger on August 07, 2010, 10:26:21 AM I think the zards are 2-1-2 not 2-2 but i could be mistaken. if you look close it looks like there is an H pipe in there. the Ajko are true 2-2 (http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa91/chiflado/zard-paulsmart-4.jpg) Title: Re: Ajko Post by: ducatiz on August 07, 2010, 10:30:05 AM Looks like the header is blocking the oil filter... just change your oil every 100 miles, no big deal... [roll] Title: Re: Ajko Post by: Raux on August 07, 2010, 10:30:26 AM thanks
so the Ajko will sound different Title: Re: Ajko Post by: kopfjäger on August 07, 2010, 10:34:54 AM thanks so the Ajko will sound different Yeah, but I think it would be close. Title: Re: Ajko Post by: ducatiz on August 07, 2010, 10:38:27 AM I was at Target today and heard a lawnmower coming up. Loud and high pitched...
and then I realized it was a Ninja 250 with what looked like V8 can for exhaust. All of the suburban housewives stood transfixed, annoyed but slightly sexually stimulated. I realized I have been willing to pay too much for an exhaust. Title: Re: Ajko Post by: ducatiz on August 08, 2010, 04:32:40 PM Nah.
A lot of flirting and not much action. Besides, my uber-hot wife might get a little annoyed. Title: Re: Ajko Post by: xcaptainxbloodx on August 08, 2010, 05:05:21 PM Yea, but based on the fact that you will have a mid rare right leg in no time flat, changing the oil wont come too often.... both of these things seem like a pretty serious problem with this system. ignore the oil thing, how the hell are you supposed to avoid cooking your leg? If this came with the stock routing + all the awesome sexy welding I'd sell my wife to buy one. [moto]

Title: Re: Ajko Post by: Pedro-bot on September 27, 2010, 11:34:52 AM Anyone try and contact these folks for a price on that S4R exhaust?
I sent them an email a while back through their website but never heard back. |
