Title: Need help finding part for Brake Linkage (aftermarket)
Post by: redial on August 13, 2010, 12:33:59 PM
Hi,

I am in a bind here, i need a part like this
(http://demonscy.ipower.com/i_pics/shift_link_25_3.jpg)
its the part of the rear brake linkage that holds the pin that pushes in on the master.

Its similar to the ends of the shift linkage, but they have male ends, i need a female end
so i can insert the push rod.

Note that the stock rearsets do not need this part because it is built into the back of the rearset.

TIA for any help you guys can provide.

This is for cycle cat rearsets.. Item six on the master diagram,
part number RESS002-00P

Any decent lawnmower shop, hardware store, even NAPA carries some. They are used in riding mower steering linkage, and industrial applications, for instance the deadman control on a Vermeer walkbehind trencher.
