Title: Re: Help I.D this lower triple Post by: 2-Skinny on August 29, 2010, 05:11:47 AM The question now is- if those weren't 1098 forks...
Title: Re: Help I.D this lower triple Post by: Monstermash on August 29, 2010, 04:23:38 PM Monster, up to about 2007 (Previous generation) That is not a Monster triple. A Monster triple would have the mounting location for the headlight U bracket. Title: Re: Help I.D this lower triple Post by: junior varsity on August 29, 2010, 04:38:35 PM That triple could also be a 748/749/848 with non-adj. steering head. Need more info.
Title: Re: Help I.D this lower triple Post by: silversled on August 30, 2010, 12:30:32 AM They are not Monster forks. Monster forks would have the mounting location for the headlight U bracket. Monstermash, You are right. Other than that one detail, they appear to be identical. Cheers. If I had to guess, I would say Sport Classic or Super Sport. Title: Re: Help I.D this lower triple Post by: junior varsity on August 30, 2010, 04:24:20 AM Measure the offset. Superbikes' offset will be 36mm
