He's spent a small fortune getting this little beaut back in order, lets congratulate him! Man, it's seems to hit harder than my 848, and was a more visceral experience all around with the noise from the pipes and the clutch. The 848 is wicked refined, the 996 is a mechanical bull! I've always said I need to get a 916/996/998 someday, and that ride just confirmed it!

I still haven't seen a color I absolutely hate on a duc. Orange with black tiger stripes comes close, though. White has always seemed to me to be vastly underrated. Wondering how the meetings sounded though. I mean, several manufacturer's have had a few more white bikes lately, but it seems like Ducati's really embracing it and trying to own it.
