Thanks anyway .. ;D Title: Re: Map needed for PCIII Post by: Markus on September 03, 2010, 03:40:35 PM It'd be helpful if you posted your bike's year, model, and appropriate mods (air filter: type; airbox: open vs stock; exhaust: stock vs aftermarket slipons vs full system; and pistons: stock vs hi-comp). You may find more people who can help by giving you their custom maps if you post that crucial info.
That said, in my experience it's absolutely worth paying the couple of hundred bucks to have a custom map made on a dyno by a professional shop. However, if you do decide to wing it and make adjustments based on butt dyno feel, do so in small increments.
