Just thought you might like some warning that in the next week or two you may:

4. just have someone to blame for all manner of misfortune  [cheeky]

After 6 months of not working, for money anyway, I'm thinking of looking for a job but before I do I thought I might just go for another little ride now the snow has thawed into floods here in Victoria.

So I'm planning on leaving my place on Monday(20/9) or Tuesday next week and heading North.  I'm aiming for North of Sydney somewhere out in the sticks.  Thinking of riding in through Bells Line of road Wednesday-ish. 

Anyone wanna go for a ride???????

looking forward to more stories and pics, I was almost going to let you know that the weather here in TAS was on the improve, went for a ride on Sunday with only a T Shirt under my jacket - then monday the temp dropped again! and today well..........

Yeah cold wet and drizzly here too.  Official temp 8.7o feels like 5.3o.

Yeah something like that, although it could also have to do with the unexpected dirt roads appearing suddenly ;)

Well Saturday was fun.  Thanks George & Kaz for showing me some lovely roads.  Can now add a few more to my list.  Trip up was great.  Spent Thursday playing in the Snowy Mountains.  Friday rode from Bathust. Bells line, a little bit of Putty, a little bit of Wiseman's Ferry.  And the weather is so much better than down south.

Anybody free this week to show me some more nice roads around the northern side of Sydney?

But if it is a nice day defiantly worth a run up to Summer bay (Palm Beach) mid week not many tourist around via Mccars creek rd turn off Monavale rd Terry hills.And lunch at the Newport Arms.

Ps maybe if you sweet talk to Dez he would be up to it. :-*

oh and they have found the odd body or two in Kurringai national park so be carefull ;D

We are meeting Thursday at Berowa Mobil.
Heading up and down Old Pac then over to Rob's suggested road, around Akuna Bay through Church Point and to Newport Arms for lunch.

If you go to Akuna bay you will have to pay to enter the national park.
At the park entrance at the Terry hills end go left just about 100mts from the toll booth it is a sweeping fork intersection and just follow that to church point it is sign posted can't remember what it says.
It is still very twisty and a lot smoother than around Akuna bay section only a little shorter.

If you do enter the park then it well worth the 12KLM trip out to West Head.a real must do for the tourist. :)
as it has just been resealed with smooth bitumen [thumbsup]
And if it is a good day the view is spectacular.take the photo thingy.

Um  [roll] *special guest is not staying in the city so no late night city rides for me.  If you wanna catch up with me Thursday ride   [moto] is the place to be.  Sorry I know some people have weird things like bills and jobs.  :'(

McCarrs/Terry hills is my stamping ground so no need to activate your GPS there..(is it still covered in dust btw..?????     ;D)....Rob is correct re a fee near Akuna......but i know the way around it.....would be nice to make Palmy maybe.......either before or after Newport .......
