Title: Anyone have a plan for LED idiot lights

I want to build a smaller idiot light array for my Monster. Has anyone here built one? I am thinking of a small aluminium piece with neutral light, brights,indicators (turn signals) and oil gauge. I just don't know if I need resistors and such.

You can get the idiot light surround made for the TrailTech Vapor.  Has the (BRIGHT!) LEDs, and colored faces to match (bright, neutral, turn, etc...)

I may just do that. It looks cheaper to do than to source and do my own. I was also thinking of going with the Vapor Tech computer to make it even simpler. Let's just say my Duc speedo is, er, um optimistic ;)

How simple is the install? Have you done it?
