 Are there any instruction's with pictures for installing a 14t on a 2001 monster600

About the only difference is that if for a single sided swing arm bike, and your's is a Dual (DSS). But the steps still hold in principle. You just need to loosed the axle nuts and guide block adjustment bolts and slack the chain.

The rest is same same. It's a pretty easy job, so photos might be over kill. But if you've got some specific questions after reading the info in the link, just post up.

Is it pretty easy to remove clutch slave cylinder?

Quite. It's just the 3 bolts you can see holding it on. Undo those and wiggle it free.
