Finally, a useful info-graphic
(http://www.geekologie.com/2010/09/17/beer-chart-full.jpg)
Linky to see it full sized (http://www.geekologie.com/image.php?path=/2010/09/17/beer-chart-full.jpg)
I thought this forum was full of useful information BEFORE, but now I'm blown away. [beer] [drink]
The first thing that went through my mind when that picture/checklist loaded was that that would make a great, functional piece of wall art.
Then I got to looking and realized just how many of the beers listed I've actually had. I'd wager I'm close to half done.

I'm only maybe 1/4 through. I'm waiting for Dr Desmo to weigh in. I'll be he's at least 95%. Lol!

Cheers,
Adam
Looking through the chart, I have had 53 of the beers listed. St. Bernardus 12, but no #8.

Abt 12 is one of my favorite brews ... The Prior 8 is a fantastic Dubbel too.
If you like Abt 12, definitely try Konigshoven's Quad ... mmmmm [thumbsup]
Cheers,
Adam
At least 62 [drink]
I've only had 7 (tonight).

Please tell me you've at least had PBR. [beer]
I've had about 50 on the list. Hard to count them though.
[clap]
There are a couple of really good Stouts missing from the chart.
That's great home bar art.

huge + eleventybillion
Obviously there is no other beer except American/European.
[roll]
I'm surprised American Gorilla Piss isn't there. ;D
my boss and I were talking just now...he and I both kinda agree that this would also make for a great T-Shirt as you could go to a bar or wherever and check off each beer as you drink it and if the bartender asks you what you want, just say, something that isn't already checked off!!!
the back side could be for write-in's that aren't on the diagram as well!
48
85?
+1 on there being alot "not" on the list. With new micros starting everyday Id have to drink 5 different brews a day to get caughtup by the time I die. I cant believe that Milwaukee's Beast is on there. That could be one of the worst ever beers.
No mention of ESB's? fail
Current favourite is the Real Ale Phoenixx Double Bitter Extra Special ESB. Pure awesomeness
Man that's just too much work to try and read through and I have beer to drink.
Another question would be what is you all-time favorite beer?
Difficult question as there are so many different varieties and moods or situations that make one better than another.
If I had to nail it down to one it would be Andechs, ever tried it?

[laugh]
So,,,, that is the most redundant beer name ever.
Real Ale Phoenixx Bitter Extra Special Extra Special Bitter?
Is that really the name of it, or did you just tack on the ESB part?
Also, Sierra Nevada makes an ESB, but the ESB stands for Early Spring Beer.
