Title: Bogarts Motorsports Birmingham
Post by: Memphis Monster on September 23, 2010, 03:01:57 AM
Bogarts Motorsports in Birmingham announced they were closing their doors.  Economy has taken another victim.  Sad because that was a nice group of people.

Does anyone have experience with Bloodmotor in Nashville?

I stopped into their store last December while I was in Nashville for a wedding.  They carry Ducs and BMW's.  They seemed to be a pretty decent bunch of guys but I don't have any experience with their service.

Received an email this morning and verified on their website.  They always treated me well so I hate they had to close.

Nashville to Marrietta is a haul, but the DucShop is well worth it.

At least I've got a few options in TN/GA.

Still sucks. I went to an Italian bike night they put on a few months ago. They were really nice, nice people. Didn't have a great reputation around here, but they were always very welcoming to me, and always helped me out.

That was probably what did them in.

Unfortunate;y, you are probably right. They had heard about the rep and were trying to put everything right, but considering the condition of the economy it was proably too little, too late. Not to mention the market for motorcycles around here involves only H-D and Yamihondazukisaki. Very little interest in Euro stuff.

C'est la vie.
