So, in order to better serve you (which is all we aim to do in life), we've migrated to a big, beefy server that can handle pretty much anything we throw at it (but that's not an invitation to test it). The migration is complete and it seems everything is working well, but as always if you have any issues or notice any discrepancies please post them in the board tech issues section under "Kitchen Sink" and we'll do our best to resolve them ASAP.

this is most likely a notebook with a centrino processor that has been upgraded to xp sp2. in order to fix this, you need to manually roll your processor driver back to intelppm.sys.
