Title: Rode the Multi 1200ST
Post by: bnbmike on September 30, 2010, 04:17:59 PM
Look what I've done now.  I rode to PDX this week and tested the new Multi.  Rode solo on Tuesday and 2 up with Laura on Wednesday.  Very nice, but the best bike up German Town Road is my Monster.  Highway and general back roads the Multi wins.  2 up riding, the Multi wins.

Now to make this happen, I need to sell the Monster and PT Cruiser.  Any takers?

2001 750 Dark.  Termi's low mount, DPCF belly pan, bar end mirrors, DP windscreen, Speedy sliders.  10K miles.  This is the last carby monster, easy to tune.

2003 PT Cruiser LTD.  This was a replacement to my wife's crashed Jetta.  Used to haul our dog back and forth from the beach to PDX when we had both houses.  109K miles.

I am afraid to test drive the new Multi... I am somewhat known for my impulsive behaviours, and as such, getting on a new bike could be detrimental to my pocketbook.  [thumbsup]

But MotoCorsa loves you and wants you to be happy!

Wait, didn't you just sell a Multi?

I rode a few miles once with Mike, he has the same pipes on his 750 as I have on my 620, so hearing them both together was like a duet of perfection. Yes I would buy his bike today if I had the money, despite the fact (or maybe because) it looks almost exactly like mine, but with a bit more power. Alas, I have no cash-ola, and the wife would probably kill me. Oh wait, maybe if I give her MINE and then buy Mike's . . . This might just work. (Okay she will definitely still say no).

I sold the PT Cruiser yesterday!  Step one complete, now I need to win the lottery.
