Hyosung is a 650cc twin. I doubt a 110cc single or even a 300cc single would do well.
Probably cheap enough to be a good choice for BRC. Those bikes get so dogged out and never go above 15-20 mph anyway. Hell if it was cheap enough, I'd buy to practice crashing learn to ride on.
