I was out driving around and saw a cruiser with aux lighting on the frame. The lights definitely make the bike more visible at night. Now I know some of you are going to say "so what, not putting lights on my bike." Here is a proposition for the aftermarket designers out there, make a set of frame sliders that incorporate some forward facing LED ala bar ends flasher. I'm in the aviation industry so, to me they will look light position markers minus the colours Red and Green!
there are ones you cna mount on the forks that are quite small.
This one is pretty nice. It is all billet construction and LED bulbs. It is very durable and extremely bright.

I don't see illuminated sliders going to market as there's already a lot of stuff on the market that someone could add to a bike frame, sliders, etc that would do what you're looking to do.
These folks:
http://www.customdynamics.com/ (http://www.customdynamics.com/) sell all sorts of LED kits including flexible arrays that folks have wrapped around forks.. should be easy enough to wrap them around sliders
There's also these

I've seen illuminated frame sliders on fleabay already. they are generic and come in a bunch of colors.

Nice, I guess others had great ideas. I like the pod mods bullets from bike vis very small and effective. [thumbsup]
