I live in New Hampshire, but was in Montreal a couple of weeks ago and visited the Ducati dealer on Saint-Laurent. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but they were sort of snooty and disinterested. My wife wanted to see if they had any cool stuff for her 696 and I wanted to check the same for my Multi 1200S but we never were able to talk with anyone before giving up and leaving. Do you plan to get service and parts there, or is there another place? I've never seen any Ducati on the streets in Montreal, but I certainly see lots of Vespas there. Congratulations on your bike. Hi mstevens Ducati Montreal on St-Laurent is only bike dealer, you could find some good gear there, but there is not enough room to receve bikes and practice services and maintenance. If you plan to come back in the area, Monette sport in Laval are the Ducati services and parts sales specialist, anyway the two shop (montréal and Laval are link together). If you go on St-Laurent street ask for Pierre-Michel or Nathalie there, really sympatic and helpful people. Pierre-Michel is one of the owner and is the one who organized Ducati meeting ridin group. The last one i ve done with them in last september we were about 40 bikes, Duc for the most of all. Eastern township was the planning road for that day. Most of Ducati owner here prefer ridin outside city area because road in Montréal are like Beyrouth (someone told me Beyrouth is better ;) ). So i wish next time you will enjoy your visite. kindly Spck31 Title: Re: Hello From Montreal Post by: Spck31 on December 06, 2010, 07:56:18 PM Hello, This is my first post.
