Title: Double check on fork tube size for clip-ons for '05 m620 Post by: SacDuc on October 11, 2010, 12:44:08 PM I'm at work and after thinking about my ride yesterday and the commute this morning I've decided that I'm getting clip-ons again. I have an '05 m620 with stock forks. I need 50mm clip-ons right? Thanks. sac Title: Re: Double check on fork tube size for clip-ons for '05 m620 Post by: junior varsity on October 11, 2010, 12:46:02 PM Yes.

Drop the triple's down 1.5 inch and then mount on top. Did this to mine and the front holds firm in the turns. *Disclaimer* - This is not track tested. My front is already dropped about 1.25". I got the Vortex clip-ons. I had their old model on my m750 and liked them. Their new model has substantially slimmer mounts so mounting will be a piece of cake. Lowering monsters like this really does make them tip into corners pretty quickly. sac Title: Re: Double check on fork tube size for clip-ons for '05 m620 Post by: The Bacon Junkie on October 16, 2010, 07:22:47 PM Lowering monsters like this really does make them tip into corners pretty quickly. sac I've got a picture of your old clip-ons tipping quickly into a corner somewhere...
