Title: Great DFW Tech
Post by: XJBaylor on June 09, 2008, 10:28:00 AM
I just got done having Randy McCarter do some work on my bike and I highly recommend that anyone with a bike out of warranty have him do their work. He worked quickly but took the time to explain everything to me. On top of that he has an eye for detail (if you have seen his work area you will know what I mean.)

All in all, great guy and great wrench. Feel free to shot me a PM if you want to get contact him.

Just kidding, Keith. ;D

We like Randy so we, you, me and everyone else can give out his info.  Word of mouth type advertizing is free and the least we can do.

Speaking of Randy, Charles he suggested to me on thursday to change the clutch fluid again and change the front brake fluids.  So when can I make an appointment in the DeCastro Garage??

cdc, where are you located? I MIGHT be able to 'supervise' the operation. And by supervise, I mean give horrible advice and generally just get in the way. That IS what supervisors usually do no?

They are "foreigners"... West of I-35W, South of Ft. Worth.

Far away from civilization ;D

Well you are kinda right.  Cory and Charles are west of 35w, just not south of fort worth.  And if you get technical I am also west of 35w.

Steve,

send me a PM and I'll give you my address and phone number.  You're welcome to come and give advice, good, bad or in between.  Besides, there is no bad advice, only bad consequences.  ;D

Thanks Charles for the use of the facility and to Steve for the mechanic work.

Will be at the warehome today about 3:30 for a chain tighten by the famous RANDY!!  Already have 300 miles on the bike since the new stuff was installed!!

Yeah thanks to Steve for his expertise and his Mity vac brake bleeder which made short work of an otherwise tedious work.  Nice to see three yellow Ducs surrounding Cory's bike driving him nuts ;D.

I now have one more reason to get my CHL.
