Title: Muffler compatibility question Post by: bowerbird on October 20, 2010, 08:16:37 PM I have a 2001 Monster 900s with a damaged muffler from a drop by PO. Anyone know if a pair of mufflers from a 2007 695 will be the same as mine? New to the bike, please forgive nubishness

For now - the cans from a 695 will fit. But they are not identical. At some point a catalytic converter was added to them. Might make one a bit heavier than the other, older style.. But I don't have any numbers. |
