They are top-notch. Orders are handled immediately and I usually get parts all the way from Italy in about a week. Price...when dealing with OEM parts, prices are always crappy. It's not Commonwealth's fault really, Ducati charges exorbitant prices for the simplest OEM parts.

I recently noticed one of the side caps on my S2R's swingarm was missing. I looked up the part on Ducati Omaha's online parts fiche. $17 + shipping for a plastic plug.
