Pro Italia Anniversary: Events all day, Loyalty Program kick-off!
This Saturday, November 13, with be our 23rd anniversary and we’re celebrating with some great events and offers as well as the launch of our Pro Italia Customer Loyalty Program – with points for just signing up and double points on purchases all day!
Here’s the deal: Our anniversary will be celebrated with an Oil Change Special ($99 for everything, Italian bikes only) from 10-4pm; a Bike Wash/chain lube ($5 donation to Angeles Crest National Forest) and Safety Check (free by our great techs) from 11-3pm; Photo Portraits of you and your ride ($10 donation to Angeles Crest National Forest) from 11-3pm. Everything is on a first-come-first-served basis. We’ll also have refreshments, Cafe Desmo vids rollin’ and a cake-cutting at 2:15pm.

The Pro Italia Loyalty Program:
Cake is cool and all but earning points towards your next purchase – bike, service, gear, whatever – or a very special trip is the real deal. Here is how it will work:

1. Earn PI Loyalty Points every time you purchase apparel, parts and accessories, whether on-line or in person.
2. Redeem your PI Loyalty Points on apparel, parts, accessories, services and even bikes. . . anytime you want to. Of course, you can earn and use your Loyalty Points on-line or in store.
3. Keep an eye out for contests that will give you the chance to earn more Points. Get Loyalty Points for on-line reviews and referrals.
4. Keep an eye on your accumulating points so you don’t miss some great ops like a trip to Italy, a visit to the Ducati factory, or a very special piece of a very special bike.
5. Get advance notice about special sales, participate in special contests, raffles and drawings.

Sign-up in the shop or on-line for our Loyalty Program on Anniversary Saturday and nab yourself 250 points. Any purchases made during this Saturday garner DOUBLE points, our Oil Change Special will start you off with 200 points and one lucky winner will find a chocolate kiss in his or her piece of anniversary cake work 500 points. Combined with the 250 Points to open your account, the Oil Change Special could garner you a free battery tender (quantities limited).
