Title: motorcycles and scooters decrease traffic? Post by: Privateer on November 14, 2010, 08:51:26 AM In the recent past I'd read some article indicating that some percentage of increase in moto/scoot riders would decrease general traffic by X percent.
I can't find the article now and I am hoping it is something from an reputable source. Does that sound familiar to anyone? Title: Re: motorcycles and scooters decrease traffic? In a big compact city i suppose its viable, others.. not so much. Title: Re: motorcycles and scooters decrease traffic? Post by: Howie on November 14, 2010, 09:57:33 AM I have something somewhere. I'll get back to you later.
