Does anyone here run these? My monster is DSS and I need want new pipes.
I had my stock headers coated (black) and am interested in some low mount gp Mivvs.
Anybody seen them or heard them. Are they nice? Now running rashed FBF carbons and am thinking about going shorter.
Maybe just cut my current and that would get rid of the rashed spot. What do ya'll think?
Excellent fit and finish on the MIVV exhaust. The sound without db killers is killer. [evil] I got mine from PJs parts.

Here is a 620 without db killers.

That's sweet, maybe a bit loud - maybe. Love the way they look. Thanks

With the db killers in they aren't that loud.

That's a beautiful bike. I really like the throttle cam being red

The bike in the video looks like Matty from the Oz monsters.
Same spot, 800 with Termi pipes. No db killers.

kopfjäger is that your bike with the Mivv's on, just noticed the rear hugger, and chain adjusters and the front brake rotors (discs) where did you get them from?
And yes that WAS Matty's bike (he has now sold it) and Melvin still has his bike, that was run at a place called Jamberoo in New South Wales, Australia, thats why the bikes look like they are on the wrong side of the road.
Oh! Sorry for the thread jack, but that bike looks [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

I loved my Mivv's they were the toughest sounding pipes on any bike I have heard.
They are now on a friends M800 so I still hear them all the time.
I have them too and think they're fantastic. I think the new ones have riveted brand plates, though.

Beautifully done ^^^^^ More pics please [thumbsup]
Very sexy sounds..... [bow_down]
Yeah, the mivvs are the shit! I've got Matty's mivvs on my M800 and it's awesome - and yeah they're loud!
I've got Suono's on my 620, love the sound they make, have never considered removing the baffles.
(although, that silly sticker is gone from the frame)
still haven't figured out how to post an audio file
take the meanest sound the stock pipes make on hard decel, you get that all the time

These pipes sound incredible but I read some posts that said there are issues with the mounting hardware that causes some big problems. Anyone know of this issue?
Been awhile since I checked here. Thanks for all the feedback. I've been told and have been looking at the high mounts too but have always liked the classic look of low mounts on a dss. Any advantage to high mounts other than lean angle? bdub
How is it that your bike is an 05 900?
Wrecked it 2000 900ie dark.
Replaced the bent frame with a 2005 620 unbent frame.
In VA the year follow the frame, so I really have a 2005 620 that someone stuffed a 900 into. Including all the old parts.
