We lost Dimebag Darrell six year ago today. :'(
Another senseless tragedy. [bang]
Getcha Pull!
I don't ask why bands don't want to come to Ohio anymore.
Gale killed 4 other people and wounded 7 that night.

Very true and I failed to mention that.
6 years already?
Damn
That guy was good. Awesome good.
damn....I saw the thread title and thought it was gonna be a Slim Pickins/Blazing Saddles quote thread...my bad...
An unfortunate black mark on my city and at a venue that is super cool and up close and personal. I've only been there once since the shooting.
A tragic night and all should be remembered.
Not a big Pantera fan but not because of Dime's playing. He was freaking amazing.
Red- plenty of bands still come here. I think I went to at least 8-9 concerts this year in c-bus. All major or used to be major bands.
Justin beiber is still with us...... so all is well

apparently talent is needed elsewhere and anti-talent is needed here
Wow 6 years already, that does seem nutty
For some reason I woke up this morning with the riff for "Cemetery Gates" in my head.
Weird.

Nowhere near like they used to in the 90s. This place was a crossroads and bands played Cleveland AND Columbus instead of one or the other. Other than Anthrax w/ Slayer, I can think of too many shows down your way I would have gone to. Now that the rail system is going to be scrapped, my odds of going to Columbus for leisure are diminished anyway.
