Title: 70,000 miles
Post by: mostrobelle on December 13, 2010, 08:34:10 PM
Just passed it on the morning commute.  I'm still waiting for it to blow up so that I have a good excuse for buying an 848, but so far this is all that's wrong:

Throttle's sticking
Oil leaks (many)
Tires are bald

Congrats! You should buy an 848 to reward yourself.

Does Ducati give out cash rewards for hitting this many miles?  The tires alone are gonna set me back a bit.  I'm holding off until I see steel belting.   [cheeky]

Yep. It's called voiding your warranty.

I've never owned a vehicle with a warranty.  Never owned a new vehicle.

How do you double the value of 'belle's Monster?
Fill the tank and put new tires on it.

I think KBB has my bike listed around 1800 if you average trade-in and private sale...I was still shocked that there were four digits before the decimal places.
