Title: Sleep Cycle App.
Post by: Stinky Wizzleteats on December 15, 2010, 11:25:49 PM
Has anyone got this & use it? For the people who don't know what I'm talking about, it monitors your sleep patterns through your iPhone or other phone and wakes you when you are at your lightest sleep cycle when you have set the alarm on the phone.

I've been using it the last few nights and looking at the graphs after I've slept and trying to figure out WTF it means. Am I normal or do I have sleep apneoa(?) I have been told I snore but I don't hear it.  ;D

make the beast with two backs I'm tired.  ;D

I had it for about a week but I won't be much help as it just stopped me from sleeping

I was so caught up in thinking about how cool it would be to get my sleep data that i didn't get any sleep

post up the graphs and let us take a shot at what it means

go to graph and press the home and lock buttons at the same time, this will take a screen shot, then you can transfer them to your computer or email them to yourself

Sleep does not work in a way that would permit any sort of phone app to have a clue about sleep stage or quality.
