In the spirit of jetpuff716's poll (http://www.ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=33774.0) last year... Thought this would be a good way for CAMers to coordinate some meet-ups.
Poll is open until Friday'ish (the 14th) and you can change your vote anytime. I hope to catch up with some/all of you!
Saturday AM for me. Usually get parked and get some grub at a corner cafe across from the Convention Center.... so that's my plan.
still on the fence as whether to go or not...

+1 wondering if it's worth my $. but if I do it'll be Sat AM until I get bored.
Well, I'm going in no small part due to my being in the market for a new lid. Gotta cover that noggin.
I'll be there on Saturday morning.
I'm definitely going to be there Sat AM... hopefully early enough to meet Ian for breakfast. I might be there for a few hours in the afternoon, too.
I'll probably be there around 9:30 or so. Planning on getting some lunch around 12, so if youre still around at that time and want to get lunch let me know.
Planning on Sat morning, maybe more.
Posted in the field trip thread too...
According to the radio ad, if you buy tix online use 'radio' as the promo code, if you don't have a better coupon for a couple bucks off
I'll probably be there sat morning. Look fwd to seeing the nice folks from DucPond and maybe meet some of the nice folks from this board too!
@ Panda I think you mentioned wanting to try AGV lids, I recently got a (Rossi) GP tech and can attest to the fit and finish of those helmets. Simply awesome. Wind noise is cut down by a whole lot (at least compared to my soon to be retired if not already retired KBC dragon). They are tough to get on and off, and this is because they have a pretty tight neck liner but once its on they're really comfortable lids.
If you are thinking of getting one of their other models, keep in mind that some of them use the same size shell for all their helmet sizes and this can be OK if you're a XXL but bad if you're a S or a M.

I am going to try and hit it on my way home from work on Friday.
I'm definitely in for Saturday morning. Let's meet up somewhere for either breakfast beforehand or lunch after.
Saturday.

I was looking at the Stealth. They have expanded their shell sizes as of late. I think that line how has 3 shells.
For foods - I usually hit up 1st Cup Cafe which is across the street from the hall. My time's still a little TBD, so I won't pretend like I'm going to be able to meet up... But if you all set a plan I'll try to link up.
11 AM, DucPond Booth?
11 works for me.
Yep. I'll be the dehydrated one.
sweet. I'm there

Did you make it? Field report? And... good to hear from ya! How's things?

Looks like a critical mass at the Ducpond tent at 11:00 on Saturday! We're gonna need a soundtrack!..
I'm not going to be there until later. Heading over after lunch with a friend from Hawaii.
mixed reviews from MAD'sters...
one guy said "...The incredible shrinking IMS show...in 3-4 more years they will be able to hold it in a High School Gymnasium if the shrinkage continues at the rate it has been. Still some things worth going to see though. DucPond and Battley's had great displays. Coleman had a good bit of gear in their display, Twisted Throttle had a nice display, oh and about 10 DooRag and t shirt vendors..... It was nice to get out with friends and look at what was there but I don't know if it was really worth the admission price, I think I'll just go to the NYC event next year...."
Running late scanning a buddy's car. Will be down ASAP.
Nobody likes shrinkage...
Jerry: Do women know about shrinkage?
Elaine: What do you mean like laundry?
Jerry: No, like when a man goes swimming afterwards.
Elaine: It shrinks?
Jerry: Like a frightened turtle!
Elaine: Why does it shrink?
George: It just does.
Elaine: I don't know how you guys walk around with those things.
