He never tried to up-sell me but actually suggested some cheaper options. Next time I need monster parts I'll call him.

He actually called me, too, to confirm about my orders, making sure that I have the right order (which I didn't cause' I ordered double). I was very extremely impressed by his attentiveness, unlike other DMF sponsor who was very extremely disappointing.

About 30% of the bling on my scoot came from Monsterparts. Good prices too.
I had a similar situation where my parts got sent to the wrong place, but at least they were willing to ship direct to me at Jeff's expense. Also a few returns where the parts didnt fit or I decided I didnt want to use them, no problem. As for the folks that decided to keep the wrong order they received, I hope they at least paid for it! A fender elim kit I ordered from him incorrectly came with two left brackets(obviously the mfr's mistake). He took a picture of both and had me circle the one I needed, to be sure, and had the needed part in the mail to me the same day. Top notch. [thumbsup]
