Jeff is a stand up guy and is willing to take care of situations regarding the parts he sells. Jeff is a guy that actually cares about what his customers think of the parts he sells, and will work with you. These traits are what make a great business, and I consider myself a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
Thanks for taking care of me, Jeff. [bow_down]

Ya! Stop the ass kissing! [cheeky]
No, it ain't ass kissing- Jeff took care of me. Believe me if someone doesn't give good service, I would shout it from the rooftops, as well.
I agree, every time I order something from monsterparts.com he always calls and confirms everything i ordered. he is very professional and conncerned about about great service.
somebody tell an embarrassing Jeff drinking story before his head gets big.

There was this trip to Thailand and he got so trashed that he had no idea that she was a ...... Oh wait... That was a different Jeff.
Nevermind.
I bought parts from Jeff twice and both times got excellent service. He never tried to up-sell me but actually suggested some cheaper options. Next time I need monster parts I'll call him.
He includes free stickers in some orders, which is really a nice touch. I'm happy to have a monsterparts sticker on my tool chest.
I'll join the praise at the risk of my nose browning a bit. Jeff is easy as hell to deal with and the stickers I've gotten over the years I have my very own Ducati wallpaper in the garage. ;D
Stand-up guy with excellent knowledge. [thumbsup]
Jeff is doing his best, but DesmoWorld includes candy in his packages [drool]
I'm just sayin' [roll]

lots of vendors do it...the Pottermans from parts4vws.com did it it for years starting in '97, as I found out when I was doing stuff on one of my Scirocco's and got stuff from them...nothing like fueling some midnight wrenching with a sugar rush...LOL
anyways....thanks Jeff for what you do for all the members here and elsewhere and hope the truck keeps on rollin for ya!
I agree... Jeff personally called my cell phone on a saturday morning before shipping out my parts, because he had an open box version that he thought I might want instead, for 20% off. I like that kind of service.
While I never got stickers or candy, Jeff exchanged a part LONG after he should have. I just got the clip ons, and they are FAB!!!!
Jeff is GREAT!!!!
I don't need no damned suit; I just want to make certain EVERYONE knows that Monster Parts is a GREAT outfit!!!!!
[clap] [clap] [clap] [bow_down] [bow_down] to Jeff!! He actually called me, too, to confirm about my orders, making sure that I have the right order (which I didn't cause' I ordered double). I was very extremely impressed by his attentiveness, unlike other DMF sponsor who was very extremely disappointing.
Oh....I'll take the stickers over candies. Yay...Jeff!! ;D ;D ;D [moto].
I ordered a few things from him and after not receiving my items for almost a month i called my local delivery service to find out where it was and it turned out they gave it to the wrong person and that person decided to keep my stuff. i emailed Jeff and he sent me my original order again without question. stand up guy.

Wow!!!!
Ok, I'll pipe in here...Jeff/Monsterparts= excellent service! About 30% of the bling on my scoot came from Monsterparts. Good prices too.
I had a similar situation where my parts got sent to the wrong place, but at least they were willing to ship direct to me at Jeff's expense. Also a few returns where the parts didnt fit or I decided I didnt want to use them, no problem.
As for the folks that decided to keep the wrong order they received, I hope they at least paid for it!
Agreed. A fender elim kit I ordered from him incorrectly came with two left brackets(obviously the mfr's mistake). He took a picture of both and had me circle the one I needed, to be sure, and had the needed part in the mail to me the same day. Top notch. [thumbsup]
Jeff Rocks!! I got my new clutch bling today. With a free tshirt and stickers.
Thanks Jeff.

I only bought from MP once and had a similarly positive experience (A lowering link and some sliders, I think). Gotta support the vendors who support the community.
just order an evotech/14t/eccentric adjustment tool and he contacted me to call him today... turns out that the 796 has a diff 14t than the 696/1100 and he would be picking up the shipping costs for sending me the item when it came out later in a couple of weeks.
great service, and i think i've just found my main supplier for monster parts. haha
I have a soft spot for free t-shirts. I think I'm going to have my wife buy my birthday gift (cool clutch plate) from MonsterParts.
Viva la Jeff!
And just a side note:
If I win the DMF Giveaway (click here to view my entry (http://www.ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=45661.msg835795#msg835795)),
... then I promise post pictures of my wife.

I'd like to give back to the community that has given me so much. [thumbsup]

Just happened to notice the seat cowl brackets came in, $10! Ducati charges $35 at the cheapest, glad I waited! Thanks Jeff!
